Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and efficient collection process.

1. Please make payment prior to payment deadline as listed below:
Collection on 20 January 11AM – 7PM: Payment MUST be in before 20 January 11.00AM
After successful payment, a verification email will be sent to you to double confirm your slot

2. Please print out your Order Receipt and pass this to our HVV team
Your Order Receipt should reflect your Order ID number, Item/s Purchased and Email Address

3. Please remember to check your items before leaving
In the event of defects/inaccurate items, a one-for-one exchange will be provided on the spot
 
 

Please also note the following:
*Payments MUST be completed within the stipulated timeframe to ensure successful collection
*All payments should be conducted via DBS/POSB, UOB or OCBC transfers to our respective accounts
*Please note that interbank transfers require up to 3 working days to reflect
*Cash Payments will not be accepted
*We will not be accepting any exchanges or modifications to order/s at all
