CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
 

Job Scope:
- Deal directly with customers electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process orders, forms and requests
- Manage customer accounts, interactions and transactions
- Handle and record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
- Assist in administrative, marketing and communications aspects where required
 

Requirements:
- Full-time position
- 5 day work week
- Able to commit to overtime when required
- Minimum A’Level/ Diploma/Degree
- A strong command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Able to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure
- No working experience required
 

Working Schedule:
10am – 6pm Mondays to Fridays
*Deadlines may mean you need to stretch your hours
