To be able to purchase from Her Velvet Vase, you will first need to have an account with us. You can do so by signing up HERE!
Once you have chosen the desired item/s, please add them into your shopping cart and proceed to check out.
Payment invoice details will be sent out to you shortly.
If the item you are interested in has been listed as 'All Pending', you may like to put yourself on the waiting list.
If any deal falls through, or if we manage to get hold of additional stocks, a notification email will be promptly sent out to you.

We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers.
We also accept PayPal transfers at no added surcharge.
Unfortunately, we strictly do not accept concealed cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB branch.

Please note that checking out an item implies your intention of confirming it and we will reserve the piece for you.
Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
Naturally, all dead-bidders will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases.
All apparel/items available for sale are brand new, imported or manufactured products.
Unfortunately, we do not offer reservations, self-collection, meet-ups or trades.
Our Exchange Policy is applicable under the circumstance that we have sent out a defective or grossly misinterpreted item.
By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated.
Her Velvet Vase reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.
Her Velvet Vase also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
Please note that exchanges/credit Notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.
We do not entertain refunds at all.
In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided.
Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.
All items to be returned must be done so within 7 working days.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
Items must not have been washed/worn and must be in brand new condition.
Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
Specifically, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
The postage costs of envelopes will not be refunded.
You may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed in if you are uncomfortable with using your own.
Postage will be sent out via the original method of postage. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform us.
Normal Postage varies between $1.00 - $3.50 depending on the weight of each individual parcel.
SingPost normally takes 2 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Normal Post.
Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel.
SingPost normally takes 2 - 5 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Registered Parcels.
Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.
Should you wish to opt for International Postage/SpeedPost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for quotations.
Please note that we will not be liable for any customs, taxes or duties incurred for international shipments.
Free shipping for orders over $150 are applicable only if:
- The amount is paid for in a single receipt. Please note that it cannot be accumulated.
- All items paid for are sent out in a single parcel
**Free shipping refers to Normal/Regular Postage. For registered postage, please top up $2.24
In the event that items exceed the maximum weight per parcel (as quoted by SingPost), the customer
will be required to do the necessary top ups.
Items are posted out daily.
Please note that for your parcel to be mailed out the next working day, payment must be in before 6.00pm.
On our part, we purchase a complimentary Certificate of Posting receipt for each Normal Post Parcel that is mailed out.
This is to show that we have duly handed your parcel to SingPost and that they in turn, have acknowledged it's receipt.
However, please take note that this does not guarantee that your parcel will reach you safely, it acts only as assurance for our customers!
We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction although we will call/email SingPost to enquire for you.
It is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage!
