Please also remember that we are not responsible for lost normal mail at all.
To give our customers full assurance, we purchase a Certificate of Posting receipt free of charge for each normal post parcel that we mail out.
This receipt acts as proof that we have duly mailed out your parcel and that SingPost in turn has acknowledged it’s receipt.
However, this receipt does not help to track your parcel; it only acts as proof that we have handed your parcel to SingPost.
To ensure your parcel reaches you safely, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage.
