Local Delivery Methods and Rates +
After receiving your order, our team takes 1-2 business days to pack and prep your parcel for dispatch.
Deliveries are processed daily from 10am to 10pm (GMT +8), excluding Weekends, Public Holiday eves or Public Holidays.
Our courier will drop you a confirmation text prior to delivery. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date.
Additional charges for redelivery will be applicable after two unsuccessful delivery attempts for Normal Courier.

Opted for In-store Collection? +
If you've opted for Self-Collection in stores, you will receive an email once your parcel is ready for collection at the HVV Citylink store.
Parcels that remain uncollected after seven (7) days will be sent back to our warehouse, and our CS team will contact you. If you need to extend the collection window for your order, drop us an email and our team will be happy to assist you.
Orders consisting of both BO and In-stock items +
If your order comprises items that are both in stock and on Backorder, please indicate if you'd like to receive them together or separately at checkout.
If you've selected split shipping, your backorder item will be delivered via Normal Courier unless otherwise indicated.
