Return items must be in their original packing and condition - unwashed, unworn, and with hvv tag/label intact.
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Orders made with promotional codes, discount vouchers, gift cards and store credits
- Sale items, intimates, swimwear and accessories such as jewellery, bags and shoes
